Thanks to medicine and science and better living
habits, we've added a whole new chapter to our lives. We used to go,

sitting in a chair, retired not only from our jobs, but, seemingly,
from life.
But as we get older we are getting a new lease on

IT'S NEVER TOO LATE® exercise program is designed
specifically for adults 55+ who have not exercised consistently and
want to get into the best shape of their lives, at a slow and steady
pace, in a non-threatening atmosphere.
This comprehensive program is open to both men and women, and special clothing is not required.

health and fitness, so that you will be able to enjoy all that life has
